  • The first episode of the third season, and it was great!

    8.8
This episode was the first episode of the third (and sadly, last) season of 8 Simple Rules. It deals with the trauma of Kerry trying to break up with her boyfriend. Why? Kerry reveals it has to do with her trip to Europe, and not the boy she met in Europe... Note that in this episode, Kerry notes that she lost her virginity in Europe...

And it also deals with Rorys first day of highschool, where he encounters Shower Woes. This episode was a very cute episode to contribute to the '8 simple rules' series, and i recommend keeping an eye out for it on TV.moreless

    • Cate: Principal Gibb offered me the position of school nurse.
C.J.: Oh, nothing teenagers love more than mom at school!
Cate: Hey, I don't think it would be that bad.
C.J.: No, of course not. And I could get a job in the cafeteria and Gampy could become a crossing guard. We could be a ragtag team of misfit school people!

    • Kerry: (to Cate) Kyle wrote me a romantic note.
Bridget: And then I broke up with him.
      Kerry: And then I did.
Rory: And I made a friend in the shower.
Jim: Don't worry. We're on top of it.
C.J.: Except for the friend in the shower. We'll look into that.

    • C.J.: (Looking at Bridget's D.C. pictures) Why are you sticking your tongue in Lincoln's ear?
      Bridget: Colin Powell dared me!

    • Kerry: What things would you say to a guy you would like to end a romance with?
C.J.: Let's see..."I'd rather French kiss a car battery," "I'm going back to men," and "That'll cost you an extra hundred."
Kerry: Girls have said that to you?
      C.J.: No.

    • (Jim finds out about what C.J. said)
C.J.: You know what they say, it's all for the be... He's not saying it. Hide me.
Jim: Call 911 because I'm gonna kill him.

    • C.J.: I was digging through the mounds of garbage and I found a lamp I still have, and this shirt, and these shoes.

    • C.J.: I don't want to be the strict boring guy, but I don't think you should go to France on a school night.

    • Bridget: And another thing, I'm not an idiot. Would an idiot get invited to the pentagram.

    • Grampa: I can fix a leak.
C.J.: Is that why you get up five times a night?

    • Kerry: I hope you don't hate me.
Kyle: I don't hate you, I hate Europe, the whole country.

    • Jim: Ah, hey here's our new high school freshman. Big step, you scared?
      Rory: No

Jim: Well you should be, a lot of upper classman would want to beat the hell out of you.

CJ: What are you telling him?

Jim: Well he's got to know.

      CJ: You'll be fine...he's a dead man.
