  • Ever since Silver admitted to Dixon that she was in love, she's been getting excessively... crazy... and obsessed. Her behavior from then one was VERY out of character, and in this episode, it just got ridiculous.

Ever since Silver admitted to Dixon that she was in love, she's been getting excessively... crazy... and obsessed. Her behavior from then one was VERY out of character, and in this episode, it just got ridiculous. She completely cracked for no absolute reason to the point where all i could think at the ending was wtf?

However, that is not to say that the entire episode was bad. I especially loved the dynamic between Liam and Naomi. In this episode we again continue to see the problems between Annie and Ethan escalate... it would have been a great episode if Silver wouldn't have acted so... neurotic.

"Life's a Drag" is definitely my favourite 90210 out of both season 1 and 2. It was the most intense and dramatic episode in season 1. I love crazy Silver! I love how she showed her and Dixon having sex as the film she was working on to the people who she invited from school. I love how she went to Dixon's house and lit their garbage can on fire. I love the ending of the episode with Silver all crazy on Ryan's house and she's throwing bottles at his head and she's crying and blaming Ryan because she thinks he ruined her relationship with Dixon. I love the introduction of Liam and I love how he's all bad. I love how he took Naomi drag racing. The episode was a lot of fun to watch.
  • Dixon's finally gets to see Silver's movie, although he didnt realise that he was in it as much as he really is.

In this episode of 90210, the following happens. We quickly learn that the kiss between Naomi and the bartender, Liam which has been used as a promo for this episode, actually took place only in Naomi's dream, it didn't actually happen. Silver is making a movie out off a poem for a school project, and Dixon is in the movie. Annie drops out of the school play, but she soon regrets it. She asks if she can rejoin the play, but unfortunately her part has been filled. We soon see that Silver's film called Love Love Love, is being played at a local cinema. Some people from school attend including Dixon and Mr Matthews (Ryan). Naomi goes with Liam and he takes her to a drag race. He tells her that she doesn't have to stay, but she chooses too. Silver's film gets mixed reactions, especially from Dixon. When Dixon sees that Silver has included footage of them having sex in a storage locker, he flips out and walks out; especially since he didn't even know she was filming them. But the full movie can be shown, Ryan shuts it down. Naomi stays in the car with Liam when he does the race. The race ends and so they have drinks with everyone from the race. Soon a guy starts hitting on Naomi and Liam flips out and hits the guy. The pair then leave. That same night, a fire happens in a bin out the back of Dixons house, we see that Silver has kept her promise and is burning all of the footage from the movie and the actual movie itself. His parents ask him what is going on. Annie learns about Ethan and Rhonda's kiss and when they talk about it, he admits that he does have feelings for Rhonda. Liam drives Naomi back to school so that she can get her car and they kiss. Or rather he kisses her. Ryan calls Kelly so that they can talk about Silver, but she isn't there and so he leaves her a message, When he returns home, he finds that Silver has broken into his place and she is there waiting for him to return home. She believes that is all Ryan's fault, the movie she blames it all on him wanting revenge on her for her blog post about him. She also believes that he has been talking to Dixon about her and also telling him lies about her. She tells him that she wants him to fix everything and all of this.

If someone before months or two would say that I'd like some episodes of 90210 it'd definitely made me burst out laughing. First time in 90210 history I put for an episode 10 and first time I don't feel embarrassed shouting "Hell I love this episode". It was amazing, so full of motion, interaction, perfect dialogues. First time watching these series I can use my favorite phrase, which I used to use during 1st season of Gossip Girl - OMG!!!! It's sooooo good that they introduced Liam, cause before this episode I've determined to not to watch this silly waste of time called 90210 anymore. Though there still was some irritating moments like Annie and Ethan - breaking up and being together and breaking up and not knowing if they are still together. Speaking about Silver, it was damn crazy. Porn movie, breaking and entering, burning stuffs in Dixon's garden. But overall I liked it, why directors and producers could made it better a long time before???

In an attempt to get close to Liam, Naomi offers to be his math tutor, but she gets more than she bargains for when he takes her out for a wild night. It turns out that Liam races and when someone tries to talk to Naomi, Liam comes over and punches the guy in the face. Silver takes a class assignment a little too far when she creates a video that documents her love for Dixon. When Silver screens the video for her fellow students, everyone, including Ryan, is shocked when they see Dixon and Silver in an intimate situation. Upon seeing the reaction of everyone around her, Silver blames Ryan for the situation. Ethan and Annie's relationship remains rocky but more problems arise when Adrianna reveals that Rhonda and Ethan shared a kiss at the dance. Harry and Debbie are surprised to learn that Annie quit the school play in order to spend more time with Ethan. Episode features the song "Magic Show" by the Electric Owls. Another episode, can't wait for the next one!
  • Anne and Ethan are going through troubles .. still! Silver loves Dixon, more and more! But Dixon NEEDS the relationship to cool down. Liam and Naomi are too amusing! Theyre fast-driven relationship is def. the best part of the episode!

Very interesting, but not too fascinating episode.

I looooved Naomi and Liam in this one.. so cute and hot :D perfect example of what a "fast/exciting" love life should be : ) they're characters are what kept me watching this episode till the end.

Silver went a bit (alot!) whackoo! the girl is crazy in this one.. she seemed way to independent at the beginning of the season to be acting like this.. tsk tsk Poor Mr. Matthews.. doesnt even know if he will wake up with Silver next to him in the morning pointing a large butcher knife at him!
  • Silver and Dixon Make A Porno!

Okay, the summary sounds light and funny and this episode isn't. After the long wait, I got more than expected. Who knew Silver was a whacko!? Well my favorite scene is when Dixon & the family come out to see the burning things that Silver loved. That was just crazy and you knew something was wrong. Turns out Liam making out with Naomi was just a dream, but then after-wards it actually happens. I like how they incorporated the racing. Ethan & Annie finally break up! The highlight of Shenae's acting is when she was bout to get down with Rhonda. Best episode of the season by far!
  • The lengths we will go to.

90210 was, how shall I put this, one of TV's weakest offerings. The characters had little to relate to, the show wasn't funny and for the most part the acting is atrocious. But every once and awhile they will surprise you by giving you a reason to actually tune and watch.

We all knew "Silver" was a bit abnormal, but we found out just how loony she is when she is without Dixon. The ending was shocking, and while some may have been left dumbfounded, I am intrigued. This has the fingerprints of a One Tree Hill psycho character all over, and could be the saving grace of this show.

Let's hope they don't blow this.
  • just when you're about to change the channel, the writers come up with this episode...

This is a very special episode that is exciting pivotal etc. In my opinion i think that this is the best episode of the series by a long shot. I think that the chemistry between Naomi and Liam made the episode that much better because if it weren't for Liam the episode would've sucked... Everything else was just soo boring and annoying to one point like Ethan and Annie, bleh and is silver bipolar or something? My favorite characters are Liam and Naomi by far. Hope he doesn't go away to soon! I especially liked the scene near to the end of the episode where Liam drops off Naomi at her car and the song just comes up when they kiss. I loved that part!
  • What. the. heck.

Okay, this episode, I am very mixed. Adrianna has become my favourite character. Maybe its the pregnancy storyline or Navid storyline but I loved her scenes. Also very intriguing are Liam and Naomi. Ethan Annie and Rhonda, just seems very played out at the moment, but I want to see what is going to happen with Ethan. And I love Shenae Grimes so I love her scenes. Okay, What the heck with silver and dixon!. I'm sorry, but the making her crazy is insane. Like, I don't mind the crazy and mental storylines and such, but I'm not a big fan of it in main characters, at all. And it just seems out of character from the beginning of the season and I just think it would have made more sense in a smaller character, perhaps Rhonda. But I hope the next episode gets better.
  • Annie and Ethan once again go over their issues about the newcomer Rhonda, and finally end it. Dixon and Silver's relationship briefly raises and falls with the viewing of one revealing video. Naomi gradually grows infatuated with Liam.

After WEEKS of waiting for one of my favorite shows to return, I was completely satisfied. Things aren't as simple, and this episode shows that classic Beverly Hills feel: Ethan leaving Annie for a girl you just KNOW is lying about who she really is, Naomi getting infatuated with new bad-boy Liam and showing the kind of layers Liam really has, and Silver and Dixon's love reaching an all time high before her video ends it. Near the end, as Dixon and his parents watch Silver's things burn with an eerie feel, and as Silver confronts Mr. Matthews, convinced he had set up her break-up and threatening to hurt him, I was instantly reminded not only of the early Emily Valentine, but also of Tara. With next week's preview, I can't wait to see what happens next, and I'm proud to say 90210 is back, having me on the edge of my seat.
  • Naomi is intrigued by Liam.

Let me just start off by saying that all things considered, I absolutely loved this episode. Pretty much all of the storylines were great, especially Silver's, which was definitely my favorite storyline from this episode. The ending of the episode with Silver and Ryan was really exciting and absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see the next episode so I can find out what happens next with Silver. The only storyline that I didn't like was Annie's storyline with Ethan. I think that Annie is very annoying. I did like the scene where Adrianna tells Annie that Navid saw Ethan kissing Rhonda at the dance though. I love the comment that Adrianna made about Navid thinking he once saw a baby alien. That was hilarious! I just wish that Navid had been in this episode. In closing, I thought that this was a very well written, well acted and well made episode of 90210 from everyone, and I can't wait to see the next episode of 90210.
  • This example of a written masterpiece by Caprice Crane has yet again proven that she is an incredible author and screenwriter. With Silver's mental breakdown, Liam & Naomi's kindling romance, and not to forget the issues between Annie, Rhonda & Ethan!

Caprice Crane has written yet another wonderfully crafted piece of work, as demonstrated in 90210's Life's a Drag. From start to finish, we are captured, intrigued & in the end, wanting MORE! Caprice Cane wrote 'Hollywood Forever' the episode in which Adriana overdosed, it is a clear fact that she knows how to end things with a bang, and in the March 31st episode, that is exactly what happened.

Jessica Stroup's acting was phenomenal in this episode, she had some very emotional scenes, including the ending scene, which I would have to say was probably the best part. Overall, this episode seemed well written, the actors/tresses did a phenomenal job bringing life into the show, and I can't wait for more!

WTF is nup wit silver what she did was lyke wow.... how could she put tape her and dixon having sex and put it in her documentary..... and liam is so freakin cute but naomi is so fake.... the last thing she needs is to corrupt him like she did eathan... and again i am so happy that navid and adrianna are back together.... they make such a cute couple... it was so funny when annie flipped out on rhonda...... and when eathan broke up with annie it was so freakin stupid they should really just get back together and save everyone the trouble of listening to their drama.....and when silver flipped out on mr.matthews dat was hilarious but she really needs to get help or she might seriously hurt herself....... but i really did enjoy this episode great comeback 90210..........

This episode was extremely enjoyable. I had it muted for a few minutes because I was on the phone, but I got most of the episode. I knew the beginning scene with Naomi and Liam was just a dream. Dixon is hot! I'd sleep with him all the time too! I just can't believe she filmed it and was shocked when he got mad. Plus, Liam is hot. I wouldn't mind seeing a Liam/Dixon sex tape. I think Annie is pretty hot too. Just my opinion, though. Shenae is a good actress. Especially in her scenes that have to deal with acting or Ethan. I can't believe they broke up! I can't believe that Dixon snuck into Matthew's room. That scene was CRAZY! You can tell that she is Bipolar. I like that she'll consider suicide because it is a common, intense, powerful storyline.
