Kelly and Silver are shocked when Donna arrives in town. Annie and Dixon take a road trip to visit someone from Dixon's past while Ethan spends his spring break working for Habitat for Humanity. Naomi also decides to work for Habitat when she learns that Liam will be there. Well, I'm really glad Silver is getting back to normal - I didn't like her story when she went crazy, I hope her story gets better. I love Annies and Dixon's relationship, it's cute. I like the way Ethan wants to do something different. I love the way Naomi wants to do everything with Liam - who is so hot. I can't wait for the next episode of 90210.
God I was expecting a great episode and it didn´t come close at all...Kelly was acting like a really overprotctive mom, she was really annoying and the whole Dixon/Annie/Dixon´s mom charade wasn´t really that much interesting. In my opinion this episode just tanked...
The photo shot wasn´t exciting, Debbie and Harry have way too much screen time and they´re not even half intersting, Tabitha is way mor interesting and she wasn´t in this episode. I also wanted to see some Navid/Adriana scenes and there weren´t any (dissapointed!) 90210 was getting better but this episode was just a filler.
And what is wrong with Naomi?, Can´t she stop flirting and looking out for guys? That guy Liam is an as* and Ethan what was that about?...Donna was just blehh and really sh and David separated after everything they went through...Come on...
WATF... This episode looked like a giant commercial for Dr Pepper. I hope they got a lot of money for all those shots on the bottles ! The return of Donna in Beverly Hills was nice but not that great. And I'm sorry but I'm getting bored about all those references to the old 90210 stories. "David and I are separated"... I couldn't care less to be honest and it sounds so fake. But I liked the way they went with Silver's bipolar "problem", because it was a dangerous and possibly ridiculous storyline. I'm gonna go on watching, hoping the end to be good...
Surprisingly, I found myself laughing through most of this episode. This episode was just fun & light, it was enjoyable to watch. Sure some plots were filler, but what's a season without a filler, right? Okay, let me start off with the problems I had with this episode. Harry acting like a sex-crazed teenager was unsettling. They whored the Dr. Pepper label like it was a one hour infomercial. The cast even mentioned Dr. Pepper, and how much they liked it. Product Placement sucks! Donna Martin returns to Beverly Hills only to design for Diablo Cody. Silver has to deal with the over-monitoring of Kelly, after her bi-polar outbreak. That plot I liked, 'cause it was sort of focused on the family. Dixon finds his birth but doesn't meet her. Annie meets her instead. For some reason, all of a sudden Annie is likable again, after her & Ethan broke up. Finally my favorite plot was Naomi, Ethan & Liam camping out in the woods. Naomi tries to get Liam's attention, they have sex in the woods. But that wasn't the good part. The interaction between Ethan & Liam was nice. I can see a good friendship there. A good, fun, light episode. With some minor setbacks, but still good.
In this episode of 90210, the following happens. Ryan tries to get the kids to sign up to a program in which they help to re-build houses that have been destroyed by fire. This will take place in Spring Break, which starts the very next day. Ethan signs up, as does Naomi when she learns that Liam is taking part. Kelly and Silver spend the night together, and they get a surprise visitor. It's Donna, who is back in town from Japan and she has also brought with her, her baby girl, Ruby. We also see that Dixon and Annie have gone on a brother/sister road trip. When they stop for a rest break, we see Dixon making a phone call, but to who? Dixon and Annie make it to their hotel, and once there Dixon admits why they are there. His birth mom lives there. Annie looks very shocked about this. He admits that he wants to see her and to make sure that she is ok. We learn that Dixon could have gone back to live with his mother, after his Grandma died, but instead he chose to be adopted. They to where she works and soon Dixon spots her, but he feels as though he can't go and talk to her, and so Annie goes to speak to her on his behalf. Annie then learns from his birth mother, that she chose to let him be adopted, as it was the best thing for her son. Ethan and Liam spend the night together, drinking tea which has drugs in it. Only soon Ethan learns that the tea was actually herbal and that he never took any drugs. Liam lied to him. Towards the end of the episode Donna admits that she and David are separated. As they drive home, Dixon thanks Annie for talking to his birth mother, on his behalf. She agrees to go back with him, when he is ready to talk to her himself.
After a rough start 90210 has actually not been terrible recently. This episode really felt like the original Beverly Hills, 90210, with some good drama, romance, and even some funny parts. For the first time in awhile I was not completely bothered by Annie, and thought Shenae Grimes gave a good performance here. It was refreshing to see 90210 take a break from the silly he said she said drama to actually have a serious storyline.
Although Tori Spelling's return was heavily hyped, I had very little interest in the Donna character before, and still don't care about her now. I'm fine with Kelly sticking around, but instead of living in the past the show needs to work on creating new and exciting characters. Liam just isn't cutting it, and this crusade to make him the new Dylan should end. But outside of that, this episode was not half bad.
Let me just start off by saying that all things considered, I absolutely loved this episode. All of the storylines were great, especially Silver's storyline and the Naomi, Ethan and Liam storyline. Jessica Stroup was so funny in this episode. I love the fact that this episode had lots of humor and funny moments in it. The Naomi, Ethan and Liam storyline was really great. I have to say that I'm really liking Liam so far. Also, Annie didn't annoy me nearly as much as she usually does which is good. Debbie and Harry's storyline was pretty amusing too. It was great seeing Donna on 90210 and seeing her interact with Silver and Kelly. I missed not having Adrianna and Navid in this episode, but otherwise I thought that this was a really great episode. In closing, I thought that this was a very well written, well acted and well made episode of 90210 from everyone involved, and I can't wait to see the next episode of 90210.
And again i need to admit that I liked it. It was really cool - interesting storyline, character development and funny parts included. I love brother-sister relationship between Annie and Dixon, it is really role model, especially cause they are not really siblings, but still.. It was really kind that Annie went to speak with Dixon's real mum. These sibling relations were the ones why I started to watch this show, cause you never can't understand whether they're just sister-brother or BFF and in fact they're both. And i really LOVE Naomi-Liam relations it's so Gossip Girl style, lol. But they two adding a really good tension to this show. Sometimes I can't understand how writers/producers could put together two totally different characters and this line I could say about Ethan and Naomi, they totally sucked being together. I kinda missed Adrianna, cause she's really cute, but in fact she wouldn't fit in this story. Yup, yup, I really liked this episode and that's craping me out! But the finest place was Liam-Ethan scene in the woods. I was so waiting for the moment when Ethan will punch Liam in the face and it came true. lol. Liam is soo cool. Matt is soo hot! and mingling him with AnnaLynne, ooo, what a hot couple!!!!!
Pretty good episode. First off, Donna's back! I love Tori Spelling. She's awesome. Plus, Diablo Cody, the writer of Juno, appears! She's cool! I don't think that the Bipolar disorder is that big of a deal. Kelly is taking it way out of proportion. Anyway, Liam is hot! Lucky Naomi! Rawr. Matt Lanter is so extremely sexy. I liked the Annie and Dixon storyline. It's cool that Dixon wants to see his birth mom but he didn't have to lie to Annie. Also, that nude model was extremely sexy. Too bad we couldn't see anything else. ;) This was an awesome episode, as are all the rest.
