  • Great Season 2 premiere of "90210"

The season 2 premiere of "90210" could have been a little better but it was great. The girls talking to each other at the beach was pretty annoying and I felt like I was watching a chick flick so that kind of brought down my score. I never saw the season 1 finale so I don't really understand what's going on but from what I see... Annie is acting kind of different after she called the cops on everyone and they all had to go to summer school. The plot to this episode seemed pretty interesting... I couldn't follow but once I got to the middle of the episode, I started to understand a little more. I didn't like how Annie was acting so mean to her family... talking about being a different person. The bond between Annie and Dixon haven't been going too well lately. Although, no matter how bad Annie treated her family, I kind of felt bad for her because she didn't do anything wrong and just probably felt like she was guilty or something. This episode was pretty exciting and got me pretty hooked. Overall, this Season 2 premiere could have improved just a little more but it was overall a great Season 2 premiere of "90210". 8/10

Forced to attend summer school following the police crashing Naomi's after-prom party, Naomi, Silver and Adrianna form a tight bond with one another, while Annie finds herself more isolated from her friends and family as she worries about her hit-and-run. As summer draws to a close, the gang hangs out at the Beverly Hills Beach Club, where Naomi and Silver meet Teddy, the son of a famous movie star. Meanwhile, Dixon and Silver work to save their relationship, but it may be too little too late. Yay, 90210. I'm watching up due to missing it but episode four is on tonght hopefully I can catch up before then! I loved the ending to season one, let's hope that this season is just as good. I love the scene where Summer School is over, the Beach Club looks so awesome, I wish I lived that type of life. I love the scenes with the girls and then Dixon and Navid scene about sex. I feel sorry for Naomi seeing Jason with his family. I love the tennis scene, Naomi is my favourite. I love the scene between Annie and Dixon, Annie is a fool. I love the way Naomi wakes away from Jason. I love how awkward it is between Dixon and Silver but then they kiss - cute. I love the party scenes, and the dancing scene so cool. I love the scene between Navid and Adrianna - I feel sorry for Navid really. I love between the girls due to the fact that Silver loves Dixon. I love the way Liam is back. I love the ending.

In this episode of 90210, the following happens. As Summer school finally ends, we see Naomi, Adrianna and Silver all heading to the Beverly Hills Beach club, in order to enjoy their last few days of summer. We quickly see that giving the baby up for adoption is still having a massive effect on Adrianna. We then see Annie who is still keeping the accident a secret and is feeling very guilty over it all. We see her on computer looking at articles and we learn that the person she hit was a John Doe, who has just died. Annie has not been arrested nor has she yet been linked to the case. We are soon introduced to a new student called Teddy, who used to date Adrianna. Annie asks Dixon to take them somewhere so that they can talk. When they stop, as she tries to confess, he thinks she is on about sleeping with Liam and so she ends up shouting at him and he drives her to the party e is attending. She says she isn't going in, and he goes on without her. We also find out that Naomi has been having an affair with an older man, and she finds out that he is married. Dixon and Silver decide to give their relationship another chance and seal the deal with a kiss. Silver gets a text message from Ethan saying that he is staying in Montana and won't be coming back to Beverley Hills. Navid plans the perfect night for him and Adrianna to finally take their relationship to another level, but she tells him that she wants to ok. Although he tells her he is ok with it, he seems hurt, after having spent the day planning the perfect evening. Annie starts drinking at the party, which ends up with her going to a cabana with a boy she hardly knows. Naomi soon tells Navid that Teddy was Adrianna's boyfriend and that he was her first. After learning about the text message Dixon tells Silver that they are done. When Adrianna and Naomi learn about Ethan they go and comfort Silver. We then jump to the first day of school. We learn that Naomi is still missing Liam and still has feelings for him, even though he has moved to another state. Then, as if by magic, there he is. He asks to talk to her, but she can't and simply walks away. We learn towards the end of the episode, that it was Teddy, who driving the car that stopped to help the man in the previous season finale. Also soon mark starts boasting about sleeping with Annie, and we learn that he has pictures form that night on his cell phone. Naomi soon sees it, and sends it to her own phone. As Naomi smiles, you see that she is coming up with a plan to destroy Annie's life.

I loved watching 9210 it is like the best show ever!!! When i watched this i was like i know that i love this show for a reason. I liked how Naomi was back and happier than she was at the end of the last season. Annie really pissed me off. She did some stupid things i understand but i think that she should have been moe careful. I wish that Namomi wouldn't be sucha biotch and just sit down and listen to her. But other than that i think that we all will be in for a very good season

A solid season opener from this show, the episode had its ups and downs but what I was really impressed about is all the things that happened in this episode, it was so eventful and opened up multiple arcs for the future. Annie is not the same girl she was before the party, considering she ran over someone, and kept driving right after being falsely accused. Annie has become the outcast, and we see a huge personality shift, not just with Annie but with most of the characters. I guess this season will determine if the changes are good. The beginning, with Silver, Adrianna & Naomi just walking around the beach club talking was so annoying in my opinion. It felt like I was watching some reality MTV show, where all the girls talk about pointless things. In this case, it was like that. It turns out that because of Annie calling the cops on the party, everyone at the party had to go to summer school. We see the beach club, where everyone hangs out in the summer apparently. Annie was so mean to her family, they didn't deserve that, they did nothing wrong. You could only help but feel sorry for the family. The brotherly/sister bond dies out between Dixon & Annie. Once we find out Annie killed the guy she ran over, she was going to tell Dixon, but Dixon just assumed she was talking about sleeping with Liam. They end up getting in a huge fight and exchanging "Screw you's." Annie is stranded at the beach club by Dixon, and she ends up meeting Mark. A guy who gets Annie drunk and attempts to sleep with her, they get a beach club cabana from Navid, who was going to use it on Adrianna who rejected him. Funny how that works; Adrianna is set on being "No Drama" Adrianna. Adrianna catches up with her "first:" Teddy Montgomery. The new character, who looks old enough to be 30, is introduced. It is revealed that he was Adrianna's first and that he was the one who found the guy that Annie hit on the side of the road in the finale. So the plot thickens; Silver & Dixon get back together, only to break up again when he finds out she's been texting Ethan without telling him, through Teddy. I don't know if I like this Teddy character, all I know is that the actor does not belong on a high school show. The whole episode, I found myself feeling bad for Annie. She did nothing wrong, and she is being outted by everyone, even Silver, and Mark rejects her the morning after they hooked up. And he has a naked picture of her, which Naomi gets her hands on! Oh no! Who knows what Naomi will do with the picture? Liam goes back to West Beverly; we learn that Naomi still isn't over him. So like I said, and as you can see above, a lot of things happen in this episode. I do still not like the Adrianna/Silver/Naomi conversations, and that slow-mo walk at the end made me embarrassed with this show. Other than that, this episode was extremely eventful and got me excited to find out what was going to happen next.
  • Season 2 Premiere

The premiere of the second season of 90210 is here and it is a million and one percent better than the first season. Summer's coming to an end as Namoi, Silver, and Adrianna spent thier summer in summer school after Annie called the cops on Naomi's party in the first season finale. Annie is still couping with her hit and run and has to deal with Naomi who thinks she slept with Liam. This season opener is definitely new beginnings to 90210. A lot has changed. They changed the school, The Wilson's don't live in Harry's mother's mansion anymore. It was also a nice change to see Naomi, Silver, and Adrianna get to be the center of the show for once and less of Annie, which makes us like Annie more when we see her.
  • HOT, HOT, AND HOTTER......

That is all i can say for the season premier for 90210's sophmore year.... well Naomi's back! and she's hit an all time high.... due to the quick rise and fall of annie wilson. and annie...she should have really watched what she did and what came out her mouth because it all came back to get her, and annie drinking and driving did a hit and run.... poor annie she's the now she's the same way she was when she came to beverly hills friendless and alone..... not even her brother dixon want anything to do with her....speaking of dixon when we last left him he had just comfronted eathan about his obsession with silver....then eathan kisses silver.... so when we come back to the present silver and dixon aren't together yet! naomi is still trying to get over liam, and adrianna is having second thoughts about giving up her baby.... and navid is contemplating loosing his virginity to adrianna but she's not ready.... and this teddy guy who does he think he is comming into their live and causing trouble.... he broke dixon and silver up.... and he just might be causing a rift in between adrianna and navid. but guess who just has to like him NAOMI we should have known.... and annie gets drunk with a junior who might have slipped her some date rape.... and he video taped her naked and now naomi has seen it and sent it to herself and now she going to make aniie's life a mess.... all around the season premier was gooid can wait for the next episode....
  • Naomi is back in charge and Annie misery is just starting...

    "Superb"
I enjoyed to see this first episode clearly shows the tone of this season.

Naomi recovers her mean side and poor Annie will pay for it.

The new guy, Ted is much better than Ethan and I believe that he will make this season much more interesting.

The major flaw on this episode was the lack of explanation about what happened to Ethan. Why he decided to stay in Montana? Why he went to Montana in the first place? I won´t miss him but a little explanation would be good.

Silver is changed, way over her problems from last season. Annie and Dixon relationship is good and I like the fact that they play mouse and cat all the time.

Adrianna and Navid looks like Donna/David backwards, will he be a virgin until he graduates? Annie is completely changed, from cool and pretty to looser and renegade, not eben getting support from her own brother. It is clear that it is not going to be an easy season for her....

Liam is back - thanks God. I am really looking foward to see him as a series regular.

The bottom line is: This show came back much better, the lame characters where replaced by more interesting ones. The season main story line is promissing let´s see what happens.
  • Was hoping for an improvement from last season.

I was hoping that the actors could have taken a few acting classes during the break but they must have been acting like their on-screen personas and drank the summer away. The most glaring example is how Naomi still takes a big gulp of air and then spits out her lines - listen for it, it gets really annoying.

Still the story was OK but as a previous reviewer said the new guy (at least the character) was not that great and ya have to understand this is a CW show so the plot is going to be infinitesimally thin.
  • With a fresh start 90210 finally hit the spot it spend an entire season to find. "To New Beginnings" couldn't be more appropriate as it marks a whole new chapter in what proved to be a decent drama.

Changing a show that's starting it's second season is never a good sign. It usually is a fatal attempt to survive the ratings struggle and brings in new storylines and characters that are both boring and shameful. 90210 goes down a different path with a episode that's just as fresh as it is soulful. Everybody likes to watch pretty people, but only if they have some serious baggage. Luckily the premiere offers just that. Starting off with what seems to be the three queens of West Beverly, Silver, Naomi and a really hot Adrianna all are still very much troubled what went down in the finale. The lack of Ethan proved to be a serious dent in Silver's storyline, but by simply mentioning him and not forcing his absence, it was well dealt with. Also Naomi's man/boy trouble was entertaining to see the least. Moving fast from her affair with a married man to the new guy on the block (who has such a smile that makes you either want to punch his face or throw up, a factor that could be very bad for the shows' revival) saved her storyline from being utterly boring and cliche. And then there's Adrianna who looks good without a pregnant belly, but is certainly not done with the emotional baggage that came with it. Moving back to the boys, Liam has done what neither Ethan nor Teddy seem to be able to; rise above the pretty boy looks and actually become a character with depth and that we can be interested in. Dixon and Navid were plain fun to watch and were a welcome relief from all the girl-drama going on. And then there's Annie... oh how far she has come. After her hysterical but delicious breakdown last season, she's become an actual person with serious problems. Loved it, and all of her scenes were both well played as crazy good. For example her fight with Dixon, though the settings were very dramatic, the fight was recognizable for every brother/sister. And that's the power of the new 90210, it has become an actual show with real characters, who respond like everybody else do. And with the new theme song of the show, I ALMOST let these characters walk these characters walk the same halls like Ryan, Marissa, Summer and Seth once did without any sense of hatred. Good going 90210, can't wait for more.
  • Definitely Lived up to My Expectations

    "Superb"
I really liked this episode. The usual theme where the characters 'change sides'. In this example, Silver has become best friends with Naomi, but where is Annie? Off crying about her hit and run. But when she does try to tell Dixon she does not even try to explain when he jumps to the conclusion that she did actually sleep with Liam. What disappointed me was that they changed the theme song! The first season had an edgier sound while this year is more playful. I hope it gets changed back. Also, I miss Adrianna's perfect short hair! This long hair will probably grow on me, but I think it looked prettier last season. But it says a lot that those were the only bad things I could say about the episode.
