Naomi develops a crush on Zach, one of Ivy's surfer friends, and pretends to know how to surf in order to get closer to him. Ivy, still upset that her mom slept with Oscar, tries to build a relationship with her dad. Dixon and Annie sign Debbie up on an online dating site, but things don't turn out as planned. Teddy is jealous when he sees Ian with another guy at a beach luau and decides to act on his feelings.
