No good deed goes unpunished. Jaleesa's employment agency finds a place for Freddie-- as a secretary for Whitley's firm, E. H. Wright. Brooks overhears a member of management deride affirmative action, and this rubs her the wrong way. She returns fire, a decision which lands her and Jaleesa in big trouble.
Col. Taylor warns Freddie she may have picked the wrong time to speak up, even if her opinion were true. Jaleesa says Brooks may be right, and it worries her to have to keep working with the same people now that she knows what they really think.
Elsewhere, Terrence and Lena grapple with learning Shakespeare. A little ingenuity goes a long way.
