What happened to Millie? If she was such a good friend to Whitley and Ron's love interest, why did she just disappear into the thin air, never to be mentioned again?
When did Dwayne get his own radio show? In War of the Words, Dwayne filled in as a morning radio personality for Marvin Haven (Damon Wayans). When Marvin went back on the air, Dwayne lost his spot, but he told Dwayne that the station was always looking for someone to cover campus events. This is why he covers Whitley and Maggie's debate. If his job on the radio station was to cover campus events, why does he have his own show in the days leading up to Valentine's Day?
Dwayne tells his listeners that he is going to play "Funky Pie" by Stu Gardner. Gardner actually co-wrote the Different World theme song and contributed other music to the show.
Dwayne plays Keith Sweat's "I Want Her" and "Tracks of My Tears" by Smokey Robinson & the Miracles on his radio show.
