Do we need to start another ADW trivia to get this forum jumping again?

Mahagonie, this site is dead. I don't even check in much anymore. I thought, for sure, the DVD's coming out would boost things. I saw very little chat...

And it's a shame, because I know ADW inside and out, and (I know I'm a dork) but I love to talk about it...but there's no activity on the site!

Not only is this site dead, but it seems like the show is barely alive on Oxygen. It's never shown on the weekends anymore. Ogygen never runs a mini-marathon of ADW like it does Roseanne and Living Single and other shows. It's not on in the late afternoon (Eastern time) where it could grab its biggest audience. It's on at 11am and 2pm which makes it difficult for
most people to see. I am no longer able to watch it on a regular basis.

Plus this TV.com site is not as user friendly as the old tvtome site. You cannot revisit old forum topics and messages. I used to enjoy going back and reading some of the old messages.

Oh well, maybe things will get better in the future.

What was up with Oxygen moving the show to odd times like that? I would think a show like ADW would be suitable for early morning (catching students, young adults getting ready for school and work) and late afternoons (when people are home from school and work). Besides, Roseanne comes on like fifty million networks anyway.

I think they are trying to hype Living Single up since the DVD is coming out in February.

i am up for ADW trivia! i watched from the cosby show days growing up and remember being almost as excited about ADW as Just the 10 of us. teehee. though the good ol days for me would be about 5 years ago when i'd get off work at 2 am and after a little family ties came a channel change for back to back saved by the bell followed by back 2 back ADW. so i am happy to join and promise to contribute to this forum.
