The handsome new geology professor gains a steady following and Denise mistakes his interest in her as romantic. Maggie decides that Americans require too much personal space and decides to take action.

    • Kim Wayans and David Alan Grier guest starred together in this episode, a few years later they became castmates on the 1990 comedy, "In Living Color".

    • Even though Loretta Devine (Stevie Rallen) appears in the later episode "Come Back, Little Eggby", this is her final episode. "Come Back, Little Eggby" was an earlier episode that didn't air until the summer.
