Whitley is placed in charge of pledges for her sorority. She lets the power go to her head, and is especially hard on Kim. Kim leads a revolt and gets all of the pledges to walk out on Whitley. News of Whitley's humiliation spreads across the campus, so she becomes furious and challenges Kim to a fight. They eventually settle their differences, and Kim and the other pledges are accepted to the sorority. Ron also handles the pledges for his fraternity. He devises a way to convince show-off Terrence to think more about the interests of his brothers.moreless

      ADD TRIVIA
      • Toward the end of the episode, Whitley is wearing a white shirt with black buttons. Only two of the three buttons (the top and very bottom) are buttoned when Whitley is in Dwayne's apartment and when she first arrives at Kim's dorm. After she and Kim "fight" for a while, the camera shifts back to Whitley- who now has all three buttons buttoned on her shirt.

      • One could never imagine Whitley subjecting herself to the whims of a "Big Sister."

      • Although Ron is shown in several episodes participating in his fraternity activities, this is the only episode where Whitley and Kim are ever mentioned as members of a sorority. For example, there was never a "Whitley-pledging" episode.

      • The sorority Kim pledges and Whitley is a member of is Alpha Delta Rho, which seems to be a combination of the names of three Historically Black Sororities - ALPHA Kappa Alpha, DELTA Sigma Theta, and Sigma Gamma RHO.
