Michael and Louisa have a bet going as to which one of them will start an argument first. After she breaks her foot, Louisa is assigned an assistant, Eve, who is secretly out to get her job. This organization began as an Amalfitan hospital established 1080 in Jerusalem. It provided care for poor and sick pilgrims to the Holy Land. After Christian territory was lost, it was operated from Malta. It came to an end when Napoleon ejected them from the country.
