Gateway to Hell
AIRED:
Bobby Mackey owns a country music nightclub in the small town of Wilder, Kentucky. The building was once home to a slaughterhouse. The Licking River, which runs next door, is said to have attracted Satanists and murderers over the years. Bobby initially pays no attention to the legends, even though his pregnant wife Jackie and an employee had been attacked by spirits. With the eerie violence escalating, an ancient well in the basement is discovered; it seems to be the source of the dark force. It seems intent on harming Jackie's unborn child and taking someone's soul.moreless

  • A slaughterhouse is turned into a club.

Bob Mackey turns a slaughterhouse into a a club. His handyman Carl tells him about the creepy things that go on in the place. Slowly Carl's personality begins to change. Then he starts sleeping there! I just don't think so! I would have been freaked out! The club does good business but the behind the scenes things are going crazy. The hair on the back of my neck stood up watching this epi. I was sure the pregnant lady was going to go into premature labor. I would have been out of there! The show was nicely done, the actors were spot on and the show proved again why I watch this series. Even if I sleep with my light on!moreless

This is an exciting episode. It was really creepy and it sent shivers down your spine. Two evil, satanic ghosts haunting the dwelling of a pregnant socialite's decapitated head. This is what legends are made of. I don't know why Bobby Mackey didn't tell people. If anything I think it would have attracted more customers knowing that the club was haunted. I would go just out of curiousity about the place. I thought Carl was kind of cute too. He got possessed a couple of times by those deluded moronic ghosts. You really felt for Janet and Johanna. Johanna was young, in love and heartbroken due to the fact that her father killed the man she loved. Now as for Janet, she was pregnant, seeing a whole bunch of scary things with the violent spirits attacking her none-the-less which lead her to a premature birth of her daughter. Really scary, and awesome story linemoreless
  • great episode

this is another great episode. the writers did it again, this time it's about a club that used to be a slaughter house and people used to die in this place. it's a great episode, the writers made sure this episode is very watchable, the pacing was done properly, it looked like it was scary but they didn't overdo it. the paranormal is a fine line from scary and silly, they struck a good balance with this one. i had a really good time. i'm just waiting for more episodes. this episode have good actors in it, the interviews were great.moreless
