According to local legend, anyone sitting atop the mausoleum in Green Lake, Wisconsin's oldest cemetery will be shoved off the roof by a ghost. High school friends Nick, Jon, and Krystian decide to test it out one Halloween night. Searching for the mausoleum, each of the three feels they are being watched by something hiding in the overgrowth. They boys become more frightened as the night progresses, convinced that something evil resides among the graves and tombstones and that these spirits are seeking revenge.

    I spend a lot of time surfing the net for the unexplained and this is how the story starts out. A kid whose parents have recently divorced surfs the net to find a place he and his friends can spend Halloween. He comes across Dartford Cemetary which is just 25 miles away from where he lives. There is a legend, a dare really, associated with this cemetary. The dare is to sit on a mausoleum and a ghost will push you off. Okay, okay, I would do this with lots of people but not alone! These kids take the dare and of course something terrifying happens. A lot more than they ever bargained for. A great tale that I would investigate if I am ever in Wisconsin!moreless
