A Man Called God is a 2010 Korean romantic drama. Based on the Korean comic series of the same title by Park Gong Sung, it tells the story of the vengeful Choi Kang-ta (Song Il Gook). After the suspicious death of his parents, he is adopted by Americans and grows up in America, eventually joining the President's secret service. He goes back to his homeland of Korea to learn more about circumstances of his parent's death and to punish those responsible. His plans are threatened when he almost dies at the hands of his friend and fellow agent, Vivian Castle (Han Go Eun). Saved and treated by the kindhearted Jin Bo Bae (Han Chae Young), he quickly returns to his quest, but finds himself falling for her. Filmed on location in Korea and Hawaii, the series ran for 26 action packed episodes. Any fan of Korean drama will find something to like about A Man Called God.
