A Pup Named Scooby-Doo

A couple of times in this episode, Velma walks like a normal person instead of her regular "funny" walk. She does this first when she inspects a bone with her magnifying glass, and then again right before she removes Nasty-Doo's latex mask.

At different times, when Scooby and the werewolf thingy are fighting, they go from having 4 arms (two legs and two arms) to 8 arms (two legs and 6 arms), like it's a quick mistake in the computer animation.

Scooby points out the full moon to the rest of the gang. Then, a few frames later the moon disappears completely.

This is the first, and only, appearance of Wait-Ro.

This is the first, and only, appearance of Mrs. Shusham.

The Critter Getters are an obvious parody of the Ghostbusters.

They missed the biggest clue: As they left the office of Mr. Leonard, he yells 'Good luck with catching that giant snail.' The gang never mentioned the snail at all.

Daphne's father looks completely different as well considering he had brown hair in "Robopup". Daphne's mother was also blonde in that episode. In this one, the whole family looks completely freaky as they all have red hair and are dressed in pink. (Reply: Ever heard of Plastic Surgery? Her parents can afford plastic surgery since they are rich.)

Here's another one. Daphne's mother calls her father Nedley in this ep. I thought her father's name was George R. Blake.

And where was Scott Menville in this ep? Red didn't sound right, so he might have had a different voice actor in this one.

Goof: When Daphne gave Scooby a Scooby Snack, she was holding a Scooby Snack box but, right after Scooby ate the snack, the box she was holding was a Mellow Mutt Munchie box.

When Scooby (Mellow Mutt) pops in to the Baron Skuzzball scene and says "Imagine that", he is not wearing his Mellow Mutt bandana over his eyes.

This is the first appearance of Red Herring's Aunt Hetta.

The gang made Freddie promise not to blame Red Herring for one whole day, & that's the time that it really was Red.

This is the first, and only, appearance of Zombo the Clown.

The sign outside the detective agency has Scooby-Doo's name misspelled as "Scooby-Do".

This is the first appearance of the Dinkley 2000.

We never find out why Scooby and Shaggy were arguing in the first place. This is probably the only time that Shaggy and Scooby are not on speaking terms for almost an entire episode.

This is the first appearance of the Burger Monster and O'Greasy.
