I thought I read last year in a UK TV magazine that they'd filmed two new episodes of A Touch of Frost, the first being "Endangered Species", which was shown towards the end of last year. If they did film two, when will the second one be shown? And are there plans for more new episodes?

A new 90-minute episode, In the Public Interest, is currently in production and will be broadcast on ITV1 in 2008.

Apparently there will be three more show, then a final farewell, because Sir David has said he thinks the show has gone on long enough. And, btw. if you can find R.D. Wingfield's books the series was based on, they are remarkably good -- and show that only Jason could have done the role.

Wow. Thanks for the heads up. It's up to season 14 here in the US. Season 15 isn't here yet.
