when mr hell decides to run for election, you just know there's going to be trouble. He tries all his dirty tricks to get rid of his opponent. these include the usual like taunting and sabotaging and lying etc. but mr hell was never going to stop there. oh no. he decides to throw dictionaries at the other candidate. \"I only threw encyclopedias\" he tries to convince the judge. While all this is going down we also have the usual skits of the man and wonam doing crazy stuff. and of course, serge the seal of death, blowing s**t up.moreless
