    • Saffy and John name the baby Jane, which is an allusion to the heroine of Henry Farrell's famous novel "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane?" She was portrayed by Bette Davis in the 1962 film adaptation, and the movie was later parodied by Dawn French and Jennifer Saunders in their sketch comedy television show.
