      ADD TRIVIA
      • Saffron tells Edina she is pregnant and it's later revealed the father is black. This is different from the glimpse of the future seen at the end of season three, where Saffy had two children; both white.

      • A number of objects have a habit of moving around when they're doing the book club thing.

      • A number of objects move around in the kitchen when after Patsy arrives between takes.

    • QUOTES (8)

      ADD QUOTES
      • Midwife: Do you know, my baby was so big, it treated my inside like a smorgasbord. It picked my bones clean. I was a baby buffet. Do you know, I was so long in labour, they had to shave me twice.

      • Midwife: Are you sure you still want to have it at home? Saffy: Yes, I want to have my baby at home. Eddie: Yeah, well not on my Bill Amberg rug, darling. No way.

      • Patsy: Could Julia Roberts' lips get any bigger? It looks as if she's giving birth to her own head!

      • Eddie: Did you have, you know… coitius interruptius? Saffy: What? Eddie: Sex! Did you have sex?! Saffy: Yes of course! Eddie: Oh, shut up. Oh, shut up, shut up!

      • Patsy: What about Joan Collins? Eddie: No darling, she's in liquid form now. We'd have to pour her in and paste her together again.

      • Saffy: John? John: Yes? Saffy: What are you thinking? John: What am I tinkin'? Saffy: Yes. Be honest. John: I was wondering... Saffy: Yes? John: What is holding up the ceiling?

      • Saffy: It kicked! Patsy: Of course it did, who wouldn't? I'm tempted myself.

      • Eddie (About getting pregnant): In my day it would've been douched out by morning, let me tell you!

    • NOTES (2)

      ADD NOTES
      • The line "Sometimes it's kinder" that Patsy shoots out along with pointing the knitting needle at Saffy's stomach is a reference to the argument they had in the season three episode "Birth", also mentioned in season four's "Small Opening".

      • Aside from Season 3, this was the only other set of AbFab episodes to ever air, in order, from front to back, with no changes made by the BBC.
