    Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

    FILTER BY TYPE

    • TRIVIA (2)

      • When Eddie & Patsy are firing off the guns, you can see Eddie throws herself back, instead of being pushed back in a normal fashion.

      • The small present package Emma brings in that falls on the floor makes its way back onto the couch and back off between takes.

    • QUOTES (2)

    • NOTES (4)

      • Keep an eye on a girl in pink trainers walking into the top of the pops studio after Emma Bunton and her entourage walk out, the girl is one of Jennifer's daughters.

      • The edit of Emma's face was taken out of the same thing they did with Katy Grin's face in the Season 4 episode "Parallox."

      • Local officials wouldn't allow Lumley and Saunders to shoot off prop guns after seeing Lumley fire off two shots (one on camera). The rest of the gunshots were shot in close frame with the sound effect added in.

      • This episode was one of the last to be written. Bunton had no problem doing the "stalker" angle, and actuially thought it would have been funnier if Sarah went further.

    • ALLUSIONS (3)

      • Eddie: Only in Tatler could Camilla be a cover-girl.

This is an allusion to Camilla Mountbatten-Windsor (formerly Camilla Parker-Bowles), Duchess of Cornwall and second wife of Charles Prince of Wales, unpopular among the British public and often mocked for her physique.
Tatler is a British "society" magazine whose primary focus is on the social trends amongst the very wealthy and aristocratic.

      • Eddie: Country roads, take me home...
Eddie sings the song "Country Roads" from the late John Denver.

      • n/a: Top Of The Pops
In this episode we get to see Emma come out of the studio of the famous UK show Top Of The Pops.
