Absolutely Fabulous

Edina waits impatiently for the arrival of Emma Bunton to discuss an error made in an advertisment for Prince Charles' new biscuits, seeing the promotion as the gateway into the celebrity market.

Talking to Saffy, she reveals that she has won a break away, courtesy of the Tatla gala auction and paid £30,000 for a weekend of huntin', shootin' and fishin'. She sees it as an enhancement to her social situation, with aspirations of mixing with the upper class. Saffy diapproves of her mother's outlook on killing things, but she and Patsy are not dissuaded.

When Emma arrives, Eddie invites her to Saffy's baby shower before leaving. Emma would love to go, but is worried about the advertisement, which Edina told her would only go out in Japan.

Arriving in the country, Eddie and Patsy find out that their plans cannot be fulfilled as there is nothing in season, and instead have a weekend of horseback riding and clay pigeon shooting to look forward to.

Meanwhile, Sarah arrives at the house for Saffy's party, and is surprised to find out that she has another friend: Emma. Upon seeing Emma, Sarah turns into an over-excited, obsessive fan, and freaks out about Saffron's pregnany. When Emma leaves, Sarah decides she will follow her.

Eddie's had some horseback riding boots made, so they decide to try it out, and if they see a fox they will chase it anyway. The riding doesn't go exactly to plan and they try shooting instead. While Edina struggles, Patsy is a natural.

In the evening they get bored, and after a few drinks, Patsy says that they should be allowed to hunt. They steal two guns and sneak out into the night. After much shooting, they return to their room with a pheasant, which is not entirely dead.

Unable to kill the bird, they sedate it with a date-rape drug and take it home with them, where it can live freely in Hyde Park. Soon after returning, the police arrive. While Eddie confesses to kidnapping the pheasant, they reveal that they are actually there for Sarah; Emma having informed the authorities of her stalker and Saffy giving away her whereabouts.
