      • During the scene between Edina and Diane, Jennifer Saunders begins to laugh several times throughout the "air humping", but manages to catch herself and is seen smiling.

      • As Patsy and Edina make their way to their new home twenty five years later, one can see Joanna Lumley holding up the underwear through her skirt so that she can drop them later.

      • Two versions of the final scene before the end credits roll were filmed. The episode shows the sitting room version. The other was set in the kitchen and footage from this scene are present in the DVD outtakes. It is unknown why one was chosen over the other.

      • Four different crews were used to film the scenes required for the final episode, following all three storylines, and the in-studio material. Altogether, it took two days to film the entire episode.

      • This was part two of the two-part "series finale." At the time, it was assumed that this would be the last episode ever to be made.
