Patsy actually visits her place of work, a fashion magazine where she is the 'Executive Fashion Director'. She takes on the job of organising a fashion piece for a morning television show but when all the models drop out and refuse to wear the clothes, Patsy is forced to suck up to Saffy and Mother to get them to appear on the show.
