Absolutely was a British tv sketch show shown on Channel 4 , and featured characters such as: Bert "Arse" Bastard, Little Girl ("It is it's TRUE!"), Denzil and Gwynedd ("I did take precautions Gwynedd....I took the precaution of marrying the ugliest woman in Swansea"), Calum Gilhooley ("Shall we watch a Davy Bond movie?"), Frank Hovis ("Lets say I ordered a number 2 on the menu and I got what I ordered, hot and steamy"), The Nice Family ("There is a rational explanation for all things rational"), The Stoneybridge Councillers ("We have facilities and other things and a ......Stoneybridge"), Don and George ("Stupid is buying 4 bicycle pumps for breakfast when we already have about four million").

    a little appreciated comedy show that has been copied by the likes of the Fast Show and the League of Gentleman.. has aged well
  • Borderline acceptable. How far down has television sunk to these days. Not to disrespect the creators of Absolutely but I guess it's simply the trend of tv these days (nothing good on.) Time poorly wasted.moreless
