Accidentally on Purpose

During the last restaurant scene where Zack is charging over to James, Zack is holding his right arm up and is ready to punch James with his right fist. However, in the next scene when both are holding ice bags, Zack indicates that his left hand is in pain and states that James has a hard face. Also, Zack is holding the ice bag on his left cheek, which means that James punched him with his left fist.

The "movie" the gang is watching towards the end of the episode is a made-up one since Matthew McConaughey and Katherine Heigl have yet to work in a film together.

Billie says that her new boobs let her do the trick from Grease. But the no-hands lipstick bit was from The Breakfast Club.

According to their animals in the chinese zodiac, Zack (rat) was born in 1984 or 1985, Abby (monkey) was born in 1968 or 1969, and Davis (tiger) was born in 1986 or 1987.

In the pilot episode, the movie poster found just outside the spare room is Rita Hayworth's Gilda (1946). In this episode, it is replaced with Fred Astaire's 1940 musical film Broadway Qui Danse (aka Broadway Melody of 1940).

The flashback of Billie sneaking out of Zack's room and the actual occurrence in the pilot episode do not match. Ryan is wearing an entirely different outfit. A third person is no longer lying on the sofa in the flashback. Several items in the living room are also in the flashback that aren't originally in the pilot. Even the guys' reaction to Billie pointing out that the hooker in the video game's still moving is different.
