  • Jim clashes with yet another neighbor played wickedly by Julie Newmar having a fun time over-acting and reliving her old Catwoman role.

I'm a big fan of According to Jim, and while this episode isn't up there in my favorites, it does rank as one of the most fun and surreal of the series. Jim is feuding with the dog of a neighbor unaware she's been instigating him to fuel her children's books. Where she's been during the episode run and why we never heard of her until now is never answered. I kind of feel sorry for Jim when he tells the truth for once and no one believes him, but what Julie Newmar brings down in being annoying, she makes up for by hamming it up. The whole episode was made up for her as part of a settlement between their real-life court battles. Andy and Cheryl are top notch as always and Dana shines with her lines. I'll truly miss them all when they are forced out of work.
