Everday Jim and Andy try to impress the delivery girl Alicia, who gives them tipps how to look better. Her latest advice for Jim has been a mustache, but Cheryl isn't at all in favor of Jim's new grown mustache. That's why Cheryl has the idea of dying her hear, but it backfires, because Jim totally loves Cheryl's new hair. After Cheryl and Dana meet Alicia at Jim's workplace, the two find out that all those "cool" ideas come from Alicia. Instantly Dana and Cherly ask Alicia to give Jim and Andy suggestions that secretly come from Cheryl and Dana that will make them look ridiculous.

In my opinion this episode isn't the best of the fourth season, but it is definitely not bad, I would say that this episode has some very good scenes, but nothing that will make you weep for joy. I have to admit that Jim in his kilt and his new grown mustache really has something of Braveheart and Andy as a big fat pumpkin is an image I haven't forgotten since watching the episode for the first time. P.S. Seeing Andy excercise at the beginning, doing sit-ups, is something I thought I would never ever see!! :-)moreless
