Creating a cake for Jay Leno is the focus of this episode, and the kitchen location is pretty unbelievable. Duff also helps a restaurant celebrate a birthday, tutors some Brownies, and indulges himself while in Los Angeles.

      • Geof: What are we gonna do with all that cake? Duff: We need a cake box – a cake suppository. (Geof laughs) Or, a cake depository. Sorry. (they both giggle)

      • Duff: I don't cut cake. I don't bake cookies; I don't cut cake. (pause) So far, you've seen me do both.

      • Duff: You can't let the cake tell you what's going on. You gotta hump, smash it down. (presses on center of cake) You gotta do that sometimes. You know, if it's not level, make it level. This isn't the shape that we want, we're going to make it the shape that we want. (picks up knife) You can't let the cake push you around.

      • Duff: (unpacking in L.A.) So, I didn't really need this big whisk, but I figured like, like maybe like, when I went out on stage, I'd like come out with it. (giggles) Geof: (makes face) Yeah… I dunno. Duff: Eh? Sorta? (shrugs and tosses the whisk away)
