  • Two neighbors become involved in a domestic dispute after making a poorly-planned agreement to share ownership of a new boat.  Despite Malloy and Reed's repeated efforts to mediate, the situation quickly escalates out of control.

  • A young, spoiled socialite, pulled over for speeding and having an expired license, fails to sway Malloy with her charm.  Unaccustomed to not getting her way, she becomes obsessed with winning him over at any cost, making life miserable for him and his colleagues.
