A driver does not yield the right of way to a pededstrian at a crosswalk and fails to use his right-turn signal when making a turn. When he asks Reed why he was stopped by the police, Reed tells him it was because of the infraction involving the pedestrian, but no mention of the turn signal infraction is made. Either Reed thought it wasn't important, or it wasn't written into the scene and the extra driving the car just forgot to use the turn signal.
