    What happened to this show? I remember seeing it on a few years ago, but that was ages ago. . .

    It lasted only one season.  I liked it too.  Wish someone would put out a bootleg dvd for this series.  I would buy it for sure.

    Kinda sucks it only lasted one season. Must've had something to with the ratings or budget costs.

    The one reason why I remembered it is because the main character played Corporal Hicks on the Aliens movie.

    No , the show stopped because of Jesse's sudden death . They didn't want to continue without him .

    Jesse Nilsson, who played Gabe (Gabriel Patterson) died very suddenly due to illness, pneumonia, I think. This was a wonderful show and as much as I liked it, I think it would have been hard without Jesse (and Gabe).

    I think with his death the show moved Karen Cliche over to Mutant X, it's sister show. Both were produced by the same company and aired right after each other by local WB station at the time.
