I loved this episode, something about the business men made me laugh. I recommend this episode for the cheap laughs above anything else.

When the two are playing a video game, the businessmen go and start "saving" little creatures by trapping them in an enormous machine. Finn and Jake save them and tell the businessmen that their new job is to be frozen in the iceberg. I thought this was a decent episode. It is the unofficial start for the show but that wasn't until April 5. I only remember a few parts that made me laugh such as when Finn and Jake found some businessmen, they do work for them, saving little creatures, and a couple others. Other than those, the episode was kinda boring. Overall score is 7.5/10moreless
  • Plesantly Suprised

    7.0
Well, I thought that since I had given AT such a harsh review over 2 episodes, that maybe it deserved a second chance. So I watched the first episode (this one) and I have to say I was suprised at how much better the quality was. In no way is this likely to become a favorite of mine, but the episode seemed to have more sense than the one I saw before. The storyline wasn't pure craziness and actually had a decent plot. There were some things I disliked tough. Some of the humor is a little too crude for kids, and some of the language was strong also (tool!? they got away with that?) Also parts of the storyline were little absurd even for this. So, I'd say maybe this is just a rare good episode or I catched a rare bad episode before because this one was much better quality than before. 7/10 C-moreless
  • Great show!

    10
Hilarious. This new series stays true in both humor and design to the original Youtube pilot. The show follows the random, whimsical adventures of Finn (formerly Penn, named for the creator, Pendleton) and his shapeshifting dog friend Jake. The show's humor isn't necessarily aimed at the younger clientele of Cartoon Network; words such as "butthole" and "tool" are commonplace (not having kids, I don't really care, but some parents may object). However, it makes a for a great time and is an absolutely incredible show. The artwork is original and plot has little in terms of plausibility or structure, which only makes the show more awesome. Similar shows include Chowder and Flapjack in terms of humor and scope.moreless
