The latest issue of 'Crack Ups' in this episode has a story about Dr. Robotnik based off of the nursery rhyme 'Humpty Dumpty' and it also features a poster of Sonic.
This episode marks the first appearance of Sketch Lampoon. In some ways, he resembles Sesame Street's character Big Bird.
Goof: The sea's color changes from red to blue-green before changing back to red.
When Robotnik said "Keep up with Him!" the captions say "Enough with Him!"
Goof In a shot where Sonic is looking at his Crack Ups issue in the cage his arms are colored blue.
Grounder: Who does He think We are, nitwits? that's not a cannon. it's only sand. (The Badniks run over the sand cannon.)
Scratch: Feet apart.
Grounder: Hands on top of Your head.
Sonic: I was hoping He'd say that. (Lets go of the rope and it falls, making the badniks flinch, causing Grounder to fire the missile at Scratch which He spat out.)
Scratch: Why I oughta...!
Computer: I quit. I give up! I want a nice quiet job as a cash register.
Robotnik: I HATE THAT HEDGEHOG! (The computer explodes.)
Crack-Ups Voice: Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall! (the Humpty Dumpty Robotnik fell, and cracked apart like the fat egg that he is)
But the people of Mobius just stood round and giggled,
While that rotten egg just laid there and wiggled! (The three bystanders seen in the comic book laugh uproariously at Robotnik's misfortune)
Sonic: La la la . . .Stalling for time. La la la. . .Stalling for time!
Sonic: Time to play Wheel of Hedgehog! Always wanted to be on TV.
Robotnik: Your new issue of Crack Ups will be all about me, to show Mobius what I'm really like. Start drawing! No, no, no! More muscles, more handsome! Eyes like pools! That's what I look like!
Sketch: In your dreams...
Sonic: When fast thinking is of the essence, I'm the essence of fast thinking!
Robotnik: Help! I've fallen and I can't get-- (Bawling then Face turn Red.) I hate that Hedgehog!
Dr. Robotnik: "Help! I've fallen and I can't get up!"
The line that Dr. Robotnik says in the Crack Ups book is also Steve Urcle's catch phrase in 'Familly Matters'. This is likely an inside joke since Steve Urcle is played by Jaleel White who also voices Sonic in this tv series.
Sonic: Time to play Wheel of Hedgehog!: Wheel of Fortune
