He then holds up another copy of the same magazine to read allowing the viewing audience a quick glimpse of Superman Vol 1. Issue 83 Main title: "Clark Kent, Convict!") It shows Superman bending back the bars of a cell, saying to himself: "Now that I've made this Clark Kent dummy to fool the jailer, SUPERMAN can go into action!" The issue date is July 1953.
