Nitpicks If the Rangers are going to all the trouble of going under cover, why do they use Ranger One as transport? Also, when Zozo gets into the farm's hovercraft, it's covered with straw. Then suddenly, all the straw is gone. And that manual control at the dam, with the gigantic wheel? How is that manual?!
This episode takes place on the planet Prairie, the setting of the previous episode "In Sheep's Clothing."
Ingrid Arroyo: (tied to the monrail tracks with her son and Doc) You won't get away with this, you monster! Rancit: On the contrary, this will be the capstone on my career in crime! Doc: Oh, my head! What year is this?!
Doc: (warning Goose about Rancit) Keep a sharp eye out. He's madder than a cat in a carwash! Goose: What's a carwash?
Thug: (drawing on Goose) Huh, now the shoe's on the other foot, stranger! Goose: (shooting the gun out of his hand) I don't shoot with my feet!
Doc: Doc calling 'Little House', come in! Goose: 'Little House' on Prairie, go ahead, Doc. This is a sly reference to the immensely popular a long running TV show Little House On the Prairie, based on the books by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
The villain Rancit always has a cat in his arms, just like Ernst Stavro Blofeld in the James Bond films From Russia with Love and Thunderball, the leader and founder of the terrorist organization SPECTRE.
