Episode Summary

As Aeon bombs production facilities in Bregna, Trevor Goodchild is pressured to increase security to prevent Monican terrorists from entering Bregna. Meanwhile, Sybil and Onan are a Bregnan couple that wants to escape to Monica. During their attempt to escape, Sybil is shot in the back while Onan escapes. Sybil's spine is repared by replacing one of her verebrate with a small device created by Trevor. This enables Trevor to make his way into Sybil's life with the intention to use her to get close to Aeon, as Aeon's apartment is across from Sybil's on the other side of the wall. Sybil tries to escape Bregna again, and loses her legs in the process to a machine she built parts for, leaving Goodchild to observe "What doesn't kill us makes us stranger"moreless
