Storyline 1 A blizzard has hit Chicago and there are massive cancellations and delays. Newlyweds Mike and Wendy Shure are on their way to their honeymoon and need to get to LA to catch their connecting flight to Tahiti. But with most flights grounded, will they make their connection? Storyline 2 Up at the gate area, a group of teenage Eminem fans have flown in from Idaho hoping to meet their idol. They've had a tip off he'll be flying through LAX...but it looks like it'll be a long wait for the boys. Storyline 3 Two passengers are accused of cutting the line, but they deny it. Steve has to investigate. If they did cut in, he's got to send them to the back of the line where they'll have to wait at least another hour...and face missing their flight altogether.moreless

Another good episode with interesting storylines, except for one.

In Los Angeles, I think the Southwest crew was lucky a large problem didn't occur when the man who cut in line started making derogatory comments about African Americans. The guy just did not have any class. I was a little stunned that Steve went out of his way to help the cutter. He didn't deserve it. The newlywed couple stranded handled their delay well. I know I would have been a pacing wreck if facing a delay to my honeymoon. I felt sorry for the old man that fell, but agreed that it was probably the right decision to keep him off the flight. The kids that were strolling the airport looking for Eminem struck me as a little odd. I can understand wanting to meet your idol, but it was a silly event for this series to depict.moreless
