Storyline 1 There's big trouble at Chicago's Midway Airport. Manager Colleen's patience is tested to the limit by a rowdy group of BMX bikers. The kids have terrorized a plane full of people all the way from Las Vegas to Chicago. Now the distraught passengers are looking to Colleen for compensation for the worst flight of their life! Storyline 2 In LAX, it's 10 year old Mark Gomez' first unaccompanied flight. Mark has a helping hand from Southwest flight attendant Heather Hale, but who's helping his anxious mother.
