Storyline 1 Over at Customer Service, Mike is in the thick of it with a passenger who needs to pay an upgrade fee - of $1. When he decides not to pay, everyone in line behind him starts throwing their own dollar bills at him to get him out of the way. Storyline 2 Tim Fashing is home from his tour of duty, and his family and girlfriend are there to great him. Storyline 3 Mike Carr is called to one of the gates to take a passenger off a flight. The flight attendants think the passenger has medical problems, but she's refusing to move. It's going to take all of Mike's charm to persuade her off the flight.moreless
