Storyline 1 At LAX, a passenger who is trying to get home 24 hours early, thinks Southwest should pick up the cost of her transfer fee. Storyline 2 At Midway, Colleen is coming to the rescue of a disabled passenger, whose scooter isn't working. She manages to find some engineers who work on the Southwest fleet of 737's, but will they be able to repair the scooter... Storyline 3 Over at BWI, Gina has her hands full with a passenger, who's missed a flight to Florida.
