Storyline 1 In LA, Mike is confronted by a woman at the ticket counter who has just missed her flight. She's arrived 10 minutes before her departure time and she's irate and hell-bent. There's little Mike can do to calm this passenger down. Storyline 2 in Chicago, passenger Nancy Marks is trying to get to her dying mother in time. Supervisor Denise has to tell her she didn't make her original flight and is rebooked on a flight in 45 minutes, but will that be too late?
