The story in this episode is a reach for Airwolf. What makes it worse (and rather unrealistic) is that they have a baby inside Airwolf during the aerial battle. Those Mach1+ g-forces that come along with String's maneuvering would seriously injury the baby easily.
After the hotdogging sequence at the start of the episode: String: (To Waldren) You know you could've killed us both. Waldren: Oh, come on, you know I was just messin' around up there. String: I NEVER fool around up there. Anyone that does.....is a DAMN fool! Waldren: Who is this guy? Greg: He was my instructor back when I was a second Louie (2nd Lieutenant). He taught us about safety, and controlling our instinct to hotdogs. HE is the best pilot I've ever seen. Waldren: I guess you haven't seen too many real pilots. Dominic: Walgren, you were out of line up there, and you're lucky I don't report you! Waldren: Yeah, sure. But what I can't figure out is how all you 'Nam boys piled up all those oak leaf clusters. String: What's that suppose to mean? Waldren: Well the way I see it is, you went over there, you came back, so you got credit for the mission. String: Waldren, you'dve had the shortest career ever in Vietnam. Your own men would've seen to that.
The title of the episode is mentioned at the end of the show by Dominic when he refers to Greg, Jr. as Little Wolf.
