Another solid installment of ALF.

This is a really good episode of ALF. It, like most ALF episodes has a great timeless quality. Even though the episode aired many years ago, you can still relate to it and the humor manages to remain fresh. Lynn dating the older man is something a lot of people can relate too wether having been in that situation or possibly their kids have been in that situation. The guy Lynn pretends to date is one of the funniest parts of the episodes. ALF describes him as a "no-necked moron" and his only response to many questions is "kay". Though this is a bit exaggerated, I think we all know someone who is like this. Overall, this is a funny episode that I recommend.moreless

Lynn starts dating an older guy, who her parents tell her she can't see again. She decides to date him without telling anyone... and gets caught.

Not that crazy about the entire "Lynn dating behind their backs" theme of the episode, but it worked out to provide an amusing scenario just the same. The football player she uses as a decoy was great, hehe. But the main thing is that after having promised her that he wouldn't tell her parents what he inadvertently discovered, ALF accidently blurts out the truth, which gets Lynn grounded and mad at him. In the end everything gets setled when ALF begins trying to repair his spaceship to leave. Finally, Lynn appologizes for having been angry at him, and recognizes that she was the one in error all along. The best part, though: ALF learning that there's a loop hole where not telling is not the same as lying, hahah.moreless
