ALF dreams himself onto Gilligan's island, where he thinks life is perfect. Hm, what is it they say about the grass always being greener...

So, ALF is watching reruns of Gilligan's island, and is swept away by the adventurous on the island, trying to recreate their "perfect" life at the Tanner's household, even by digging up a small pond in the backyard. While being forced to undo his work, ALF falls asleep and awakens on Gilligan's Island. He soon finds that things aren't as perfect as he thought they'd be, and that those castaways wish they had an "uneventful" life like the one he has with the Tanner's. It was a fun episode, especially if you're into Gilligan's Island (I'm not very much myself). I especially liked it when the castaways started watching the adventures of the Tanner family on their TV. And seeing how excited ALF got with the Gilligan's reruns was so much like seeing my dad after he rediscovered Gilligan's Island, hehe, so it was especially funny to me.moreless
