Though ALF and Kate can't possibly be the same size, ALF fits into Kate's dress.
When Mrs. O. opens Brian's door, his eyes are open, but you can see them quickly close as the door opens.
Delivery Man: Pizza Barge! One super Sicilian, that's me. Here's your pizza. Sorry we couldn't leave it by the tree. It's against company policy. Raquel: I don't understand. Delivery Man: Well the last time we left one by a tree, a squirrel died. Raquel: No, I mean I didn't order a pizza and I refuse to pay for it. Delivery Man: Lady, it's already paid for, house account. Raquel: (Grabbing pizza box) Oh, well in that case... Delivery Man: (Holding out hand) What about my tip? (Raquel grabs a dime out of her pocket and puts it in the delivery man's hand.) Raquel: Here is this enough? Delivery Man: Oh, sure. In some states I can still make a phone call! (Raquel shuts door and walks to couch) Raquel: (Sarcastic mimic) In some states I can still make a phone call.
(Willie hands Alf a jigsaw puzzle box) Alf: It's broken. Willie: That's the object of the game. You're supposed to put it together. Alf: Why? I didn't break it.
Burglar: It must be one of those talking dolls. Alf: Oh yeah, ever have a talking doll rip out your voice box?
Raquel: (talking in the phone) Trevor, I'm scared. Something strange has been happening. And even a guy came to deliver a pizza. Trevor: You have a pizza there? Raquel: Yes. Trevor: Oh I'm so going over there!
Raquel: Trevor. Can't you stay here and watch the game? I don't want to be alone. Trevor: Take it easy Raquel. I haven't seen you this bad since the eclipse.
ALF: (voice over) I was sitting on the bed and when it happened. He came into my life. (A man comes in through the window) At first I thought it was Santa Claus. Then it soon dawned on me, Santa probably wouldn't smell like cheap wine.
From this episode on, the name of every episode is also the name of a well-known song.
Raquel calling Trevor about the strange things happening at the Tanners' is reminiscent of the Bewitched sub-theme, where Gladys Kravitz tells Abner about strange things regarding Samantha.
This was the second episode to air, but the fourth to be filmed. It is also the fourth episode on the season one DVD.
The title is derived from a Frank Sinatra song with the same name.
