Jake the nephew of the nighbours is introduced, and he meets Alf. He fixes everything just like his dad which landed him in jail.
  • The Ockmoneks have their nephew Jake come to live with them. And then Jake sees ALF.

This was a very funny and hilarious episode. I thought that it was nice that Alf got another friend outside the family on earth and jake got a new friend next door. And i also like the way Jake flirts with Lyn. Funny. Absolutly Hilarious. Please trust me on this episode.

  • QUOTES (14)

  • NOTES (1)

    • When Lynn and Willie need to say which comedian was in the tape, they say "Jay Leno." This alludes to Jay Leno, host of The Tonight Show.

    • At the end of charade, ALF reveals that the movie he was hinting at was The Man Who Would Be King. The 1975 movie based on a short story by the same name is about two former British soldiers who wind up as kings in Kafiristan.

    • During charades, ALF points at himself as a hint for a movie, which evokes guesses of Hair, and The Brother from Another Planet.

      - Hair is a 1967 musical-turned-movie about a young man who goes to New York City and joins a group of hippies, then is later drafted.

      - The Brother from Another Planet is a 1984 movie which tells the story of an alien who crashes on Earth and tries to adjust himself.

    • When ALF pretends to be the television, he first announces Monday Night Football. When reminded that it's a saturday, starts to announce Saturday Night Live. Monday Night Football, running since the 1970's is a live broadcast of the National Football league. Saturday Night Live, also airing since the 70's, is a comedy show.

    • When Willie tells him "to run and hide, or else" in a threatening tone, ALF asks if that wasn't a Chuck Norris movie. Chuck Norris is a martial arts champion, who has acquired a reputation of being a tough, no-nonsense type guy.

    • When ALF is calling Scotland on the radio, he starts the conversation by saying: "Hey, Scotty, beam me up." This alludes to one of the most famous phrases from the original Star Trek series.

    • The title is derived from a song with the same name from the Broadway musical, Meet Me in St. Louis.
