It's strange that Willie would need to give ALF the Ochmoneks' phone number, considering all the times ALF has called over there on his own initiative.
ALF: (singing to the tune of "Happy Birthday" while in front of a dish of meatloaf) Happy Fappy to me, Happy Fappy to me. Happy Fappy to the alien they kept under house arrest with a long list of "don'ts" and nothing but a plate of cold meatloaf, while they all went to a big party with lots of hot food . . . Happy Fappy to me!
Willie: That is the worst thing you have ever done. ALF: Willie, every time you say that it loses a little more impact.
Kate: Why do we put up with you ALF? Tell me that. Kate:I am the sunshine of your life. Kate: Right. I forgot.
Kate: Why are you putting things in the trash for homeless people? ALF: I did it because it's Thanksgiving, and because we should help out those less fortunate…and because pastels do nothing for Willie!
ALF: (reading from Willie's list) "Don't call except for an emergency." (looks thoughtful) I wonder if boredom constitutes an emergency. Let's call and find out.
Lynn: I smuggled you some dessert. ALF: Oh goody, goody, goody, goody! (looks at it suspiciously) What is it? Lynn: Guess. ALF: Rubber vomit?
ALF tells the Tanners about Thanksgiving on Melmac, which is called "Fappiano." This is named after Bob Fappiano, who was one of the crew members of the series.
ALF: (reading Willie's list aloud) Don't call anyone else under any circumstances." looks up Not even Margaret Thatcher?
Margaret Thatcher was prime minister of England from 1979 to 1990, and an instrumental ally to the United States during The Cold War.
