    A tautly directed tale that never fully reveals itself until the end. Brilliant acting from the two leads is the key. Colleen Dewhurst has never been better as a plain nurse who allowes herself to be duped by the handsome prisoner in her care. As the criminal, Tom Simcox--a forgotten, excellent actor--is perfect. The interplay between these two gifted performers is a pleasure by itself. But the story turns out to be one of the best produced in this great series. Not to be missed.moreless
