Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1985)

I saw this episode when I was around 10 or 11, so it may not seem as scary to me now, but I remember the finale literally paralyzed me with fright. Basic story concerns a diabolical woman who is thrown in prison for murdering her husband. She is picked on and brutalized by other inmates so she desperately hatches a plan to escape. I would love to see this again. I saw it only once - the first time it aired, but even now twenty years later the entire episode (especially that horrible and unexpected ending) is still burned into my memory.

I can remember watching this episode when I was about 9 years old, and the hairs still stand up on the back of my arms when I describe it to people! The only other TV show I've seen which had this effect was the Twilight Zone Episode "Time Enough At Last".
