  • An evening in a Chamber Of Horrors proves horrid enough for a smart-aleck reporter.

A very neat episode indeed, slightly expanding A.M. Burrage's story to hint that there is something very strange about this London wax museum and its eyeglass-wearing proprietor. Everett Sloane, sounding impeccably British (except when he has to say "toward"), steals the acting honours in this role, but Barry Nelson is fine as a wiseguy reporter from America who finds that quaint old England needs to be taken more seriously than he thought. Shai K. Ophir, an Israeli actor and mime artist, makes the absolute most of his few minutes on camera as an alarmingly lifelike waxwork. If he is a waxwork...moreless
